一、铝合金型材要求
1、 Requirements for aluminum alloy profiles
符合铝合金标牌型材的质量要求。铝合金型材的角底差错少于正负差错1度。平面空地<=0.4%*B(B为型材宽度)。

二、亚克力标牌加工的要求

尺度及形状一致，表面无气泡及划痕。表面通过粗砂、细砂、碾磨处理，保证其表面滑润无台阶。完成后表面光泽柔和均匀、无颗粒状物、无气泡、透光均匀。

三、不锈钢工艺要求

不锈钢板须刨坑折弯焊接（不锈钢板须先刨坑之后折弯，以保证边际挺立度）；

保证折弯处圆弧角R＜1MM。铲除表面的油污，减少焊缝构成的虚焊、气孔、裂纹等缺陷。焊接完后将全部可见焊缝打磨光滑，与周围表面相同滑润，无明显划痕。

四、烤漆工艺要求

清洗表面残留物，补灰，打磨等一系列表面处理。选用型油漆烤漆处理。烤漆房须无尘埃颗粒车间，烤漆表面涂层三涂三烤处理，涂层厚度大于或等于35微米。

六、丝印工艺要求

菲林冲制网版，丝印表面用酒精或白电油将表面收拾洁净。

丝印颜色要符合规划计划要求，字体及图案笔划明晰，无变形、锯齿等缺陷。
The color of silk screen printing shall meet the requirements of planning, the font and pattern strokes shall be clear, and there shall be no deformation, sawtooth and other defects.
丝印图形文字颜色与底色对比无明显渗透现象。
There is no obvious penetration between the color of silk screen graphics and the background.
七、竣工外观要求

装置完成后标识牌外观精美，表面无螺钉，无划痕、气泡及明显的颜色不均匀，烤漆须无明显色差，所用材料符合规划计划要求。
