（1）基础扩大法：通过设置混凝土围套或钢筋混凝土围套，增加广告牌底部基础的面积，改变因广告牌基础底面积偏小、承载力不足而产生的地基不均匀沉降。

纠偏就是采用人为的手段使已倾斜的地基进行反向倾斜的操作，以达到矫正户外广告牌倾斜的目的。
